Our Story

Bull Ridge Custom Homes LLC was founded in 2014 by Steve Sakowski. Steve built his own personal custom homes three times starting in 1988 prior to starting his own Custom Home Building Business. Since the 1st home built, quality materials and craftsmanship are what Bull Ridge Custom Homes are known for. Since Steve's passing in 2024, his son Jake has worked hard to carry on the legacy Steve created. Jake is a licensed builder and has worked along side his dad for years on build sites and has also worked as a production supervisor and engineer at General Motors. Jake continues to provide the best quality homes possible with the company his father so lovingly named after the location of his first home, the home where he built his family, on Bull Ridge.
