Bull Ridge Custom Homes LLC was started in 2014 by Steve Sakowski.  With a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1985 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1996.  Steve had a long career in the Auto industry as an Engineer, business development manager and program manager.  Throughout this time, Steve built his own personal custom homes three times starting in 1988 with the dream of eventually starting his own Custom Home Building Business. In 2006, Steve obtained his builders license and built his third home which he hoped to use as a model for his custom home building business, unfortunately the great recession occurred and the dream was put on hold until 2014. Since the 1st home built, quality materials and craftsmanship are what Bull Ridge Custom Homes are known for. All builds, up to three at a time staggered, are managed by Steve personally and typically take 9-18 months to complete depending on size, complexity and supply chain support.  Design service included or use your plans, designer or architect.
