How long does the process take?

The physical construction of a house can generally take between 9 and 15 months for a custom build.  This depends on the size and complexity of the build.  The design and planning process can take up to an additional year prior to breaking ground.  Custom homes take more time to design and build than builder grade production homes because each custom home is unique and each element is typically built on site (not pre-manufactured kits)

What is the cost per square foot?

This is a question that cannot be answered until high cost variables/options are determined and selected (many are lot dependent).  Here are some examples: flooring, cabinets, grading and foundation, 2 story/ranch, exterior finishes, etc.  Don't hesitate to reach out for more clarification

Do you offer renovations or additions?

Yes!  Bull Ridge Custom Homes is open to bidding renovations and additions and has a high quality team of subcontractors that has been perfected over the years.  Bull Ridge also has experience with luxury ADUs.

What do I need to know?

Nothing, just ideas.  Our general contractor is able to walk you through every step to begin the custom home journey.  We can get you connected with designers and can offer guidance on lot selection and design selections.  The bottom line is you don't need to know anything about home building to get started.
